Do/Social was formed in 2023 by Jack Eatherley.

With a background in the charitable sector and over 15 years of experience in the media industry, including an impressive tenure at Sky, Jack has been instrumental in developing strategies to improve staff engagement, drive societal impact and ultimately enhance trust and reputation. 

Jack has spearheaded a myriad of award-winning initiatives making a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the UK.

He has managed flagship diversity and inclusion charity partnerships, helped embed sports, arts and media initiatives in schools across the UK reaching over half a million young people, developed nationwide sports participation programs in cycling and cricket alongside National Governing bodies, and recently has helped set up a secondary school in West London.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jack is known for his leadership skills in coaching and guiding high-performing teams and navigating and leveraging complicated stakeholder networks.
